Dina Frew founded Web Concepts with a conviction that boutique quality shouldn't require enterprise budgets. Based in Dallas, TX, she operates the studio as an owner-led practice — guiding strategy, design direction, and quality assurance on every engagement personally.
Before launching Web Concepts, Dina worked across agency and freelance environments, building websites and digital products for businesses ranging from local service providers to multi-location brands. That breadth of experience shaped the studio's tiered model: structured scopes, transparent investment, and no wasted motion.
